All group classes on the equipment have 2-5 students. Group rate pricing applies. If you have a 10-package, you will receive the 10-pack rate for the number of students in the class, as each week may be different.

Mondays 5:30-6:30pm, Tower + Jump, with Rhonda
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm, Tower + Jump, with Rhonda
You will use the jumpboard on the Reformer for a fast and athletic "interval style" half hour. Great for legs, glutes, and coordination. Then you'll convert the Reformers to the Cadillac mats for Pilates Mat/Tower exercises to work arms, shoulders, neck, and ABS ABS ABS. (2-4 students)

A challenging, fun workout! Intermediate level, Reformer experience required.
Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm, Beginner Reformer Class, with Ivan
Wednesdays 7:30pm, Beginner Reformer Class, with Ivan
Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm, Beginner Reformer Class, with Ivan
Beginner Level. For those new to Pilates, new to the Equipment, or wanting to get back into Pilates after some time away. Find your core! Strengthen your body's stabilizing muscles that keep it strong from the inside out. Simultaneously challenge your legs, glutes, shoulders, and arms. A full-body workout. Ivan will inspire and get you smiling. (2-5 students)
Fridays 11:30am-12:30pm, Open Equipment Class, with Cicely
Advanced Beginner - Intermediate level. Some Reformer experience preferred. This class is good for those with just a little experience of Pilates and are relatively fit, or for experienced practitioners who want a more careful approach than a fast-paced class allows. Cicely is a powerhouse herself. She will guide you with excellent cuing to get your core working smart! Challenge those smaller, stabilizing muscles, while working your legs, glutes, shoulders, and arms.
You will use the Reformer, Cadillac, and/or Wunda Chair. (2-5 students)
Saturdays 10-11am, OPEN LEVEL Tower Class, with Paula
Paula will teach to the class, most likely an Intermediate level, allowing some range in experience. Paula can challenge more experienced students while assisting others.
Tower Class uses everybody's favorite, the Cadillac. Perform the mat work, plus many more exercises, with added resistance and support from the springs and rollback bar and push-through bar. All of a sudden, the teaser is doable but still appropriately challenging! The transitions are simpler than on the Reformer, and students can more easily control the challenge they feel, which allows for multi-leveled students in one class. Great full body workout. (2-5 students)
