Buff Bones® with Paula

Have a mat (padded by a rug or towel) and set of light weights.

This is a class based on the Pilates Mat work, with exercises designed to strengthen the body parts most vulnerable to osteoporosis — spine, hip, wrist. You will strengthen the muscles around those parts and, therefore, bones as well. There are abdominal exercises and balance exercises. This class is challenging enough for those looking for a regular Pilates Mat class. This class is designed and safe for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia
