Mondays

12pm - GYROKINESIS® (Adriane) *Online (recording available)

You will need a chair (or stool) and a mat.

This group, equipment-free version of GYROTONIC® invigorates and re-educates the body to move with fluidity, relaxation and power. The work, often referred to as yoga in motion, is healthy for any age and any fitness level, as the exercises can be performed at varying intensities. With constant movement, the exercises flow one into the other, opening up the neck and shoulders, loosening the spine and hips, working the core and legs. GYROKINESIS®, designed to both stretch and strengthen, will release chronic tension and stiffness. You will leave feeling light, yet grounded, stronger in your body and looser in your joints.

6:30pm - Mix-It-Up Pilates Mat (Bess) *Hybrid (recording available)

Pilates Mat mixed with strengthening exercises, mobilizing exercises, hip stretches, and more. Get a challenging and stimulating workout for your abs, glutes, legs & upper body. Improve your balance and mental focus. You will finish feeling taller, more centered, and calmer. You will need a mat, theraband, looped mini band, foam roller, Pilates ring.

Wednesdays

10am - Buff Bones® (Bess) *Hybrid (recording available)

This is a Pilates-based group mat class, with exercises designed to strengthen the body parts most vulnerable to osteoporosis — spine, hip, wrist. This class also features exercises to help balance. This class is challenging enough for those looking for a regular Pilates Mat class. And it is designed and safe for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia.

11:00am - Pilates Mat (Paula) *Hybrid (recording available)

You will need a mat (maybe on a rug or towel.)

Classical Pilates Mat,  open level. Get a challenging and stimulating workout for your abdominals, glutes, inner and back thigh muscles, back muscles, shoulder girdle muscles, arm muscles. Challenge your balance and your mental focus. Feel taller and more supported in your body from the inside out.
