You will need a chair (or stool) and a mat.
This group, equipment-free version of GYROTONIC® invigorates and re-educates the body to move with fluidity, relaxation and power. The work, often referred to as yoga in motion, is healthy for any age and any fitness level, as the exercises can be performed at varying intensities.
Move every joint in your body in this easy going movement class. Work your core and postural muscles in your trunk. Create a deeper connection to the floor and sky as you strengthen, lengthen and increase full body mobility. You will smile in this feel-good class as you open your heart and hips and end up awakened.
6:30pm - Mix-It-Up Pilates Mat - Bess Hybrid
Classical Pilates Mat work, mixed with strengthening exercises, mobilizing exercises, hip strengthening, and more. Get a challenging and stimulating workout for your entire body. Improve your balance and mental focus. You will finish feeling centered and stronger. You need a mat. In addition, if you have them: theraband, looped mini band, Pilates ring.

This class includes Pilates Mat work, strengthening exercises, mobilizing exercises, balance work, and is SAFE FOR THOSE WITH OSTEOPOROSIS and OSTEOPENIA.
Saturdays
11:00am - Pilates Mat - Paula Hybrid
You will need a mat and foam roller.
This class is a beautiful balance of opening and strengthening the body. Paula infuses Classical Pilates Mat work with subtle, deep body movements to enable mind-body integration, and create space and energy flow in the body. Leave feeling refreshed, mobilized and stronger.
